1. Acceptance
A signed statement must be provided by all new Customers at the time of submission
of work to Stuart Allt Web Design, indicating agreement to and acceptance
of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Charges
Charges for services provided by Stuart Allt Web Design are negotiated
prior to commencement of work. All design services require an advance payment
of a minimum of 50% of the invoice total before work is supplied to the Customer
for preview. Quotes for services will be provided after evaluation of the requirements
submitted by the Customer. Quotes remain valid for thirty (30) days from date
of preparation. Stuart Allt Web Design reserves the right to change the rates
for services advertised within this site without notice.
3. Payment
The Customer may elect to receive either e-mail or hard copy invoices. Invoices
are due on receipt. Accounts that remain unpaid thirty (30) days after
the date of invoice will be assessed a service charge in the amount of
five percent (5%) per month of the total amount due.
4. Default
Accounts unpaid thirty (30) days after the date of invoice will be considered
in default. If the Customer in default maintains any information or files
on Stuart Allt Web Design's Web space, Stuart Allt Web Design will, at
its discretion, remove all such material from its Web space. Removal of
such material does not relieve the Customer of its obligation to pay any
outstanding charges assessed to the Customer's account. Cheques returned
for insufficient funds are assessed a return charge of US$25 and the account
is immediately considered to be in default until full payment is received.
Customers with accounts in default agree to pay Stuart Allt Web Design
reasonable expenses, including attorney fees and costs for collection by
third-party agencies, incurred by Stuart Allt Web Design in enforcing these
Terms and conditions.
